Founder and CEO of Scientific Production Association "NIR". Under his leadership was created a new generation of medicines that more than 20 years successfully used to treat serious illnesses in various fields of medicine. Actively involved in the development of Ukrainian health care system, a member of the editorial board of the National Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine, member of the editorial board of the publication "News of medicine and pharmacy", an expert on economic issues in medicine "Ukrainian expert network." Author (co-author) 14 patents protected in Ukraine and abroad and more than 20 scientific papers, including the concept of the health system in Ukraine.

There is an honorary professor of business and management of the International Slavic University, a member of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (Economics Chair of Medicine) and the European Academy of Natural Sciences. He was awarded the Silver Medal of Plato, "Golden Jaguar" Association of business circles of Ukraine, a medal of second degree UAS (Kyiv, 2004), is the winner of EMRC EuroMarket Award (Brussels 2003), "Leader of Ukraine 2005", winner of 1 degree UAS, "Knight of the Motherland" (Kyiv - 2007) with the presentation of the Golden Cross of Honor and Victory nominal weapon of the Knight of the Legion of Ukraine (2007), the Order of "Commonwealth" 2nd degree (Russia - 2008), Rudolf Virchow medal of the European Academy of Natural Sciences " For outstanding contribution to disease prevention and health practice "(2012).
